WHO WE ARE

Sleep physiologists work in respiratory physiology and sleep sciences. They diagnose and treat sleep disorders using various monitoring processes, techniques and equipment. There are Accredited Registers for sleep physiologists, which ensures that those registrants adhere to good standards of practice.

Respiratory Physiologists work directly with patients to deliver diagnostic tests of breathing and treatment for lung disease. They are usually involved in exercise testing, sleep studies and delivery of ventilation to patients on the wards and at home.

linical physiologists are also called physiological scientists, and they work in hospitals and healthcare facilities. Their job involves examining and monitoring physiological organs of the human body to diagnose and offer treatment for physiological disorders and long-term illnesses.
